Question about Projected vs. Actual Earnings

I have a question regarding APR that I don’t quite understand. For example, when I check the XRP/USDT pair, the APR is stated as “up to 700%.” However, when I provide liquidity, my APR shows as 25%.
Please find the screen shot attachment.

If I hold it for 5 years, it might reach 700%. However, shouldn’t there at least be a statement like, “This is the current earnings if you hold it for 5 years”? How can I know what my earnings will be after 1 year or 3 years?

Thanks
