1- Why PancakeSwap not share support email?
2- Found an user name on forum pages that the people help as an admin or support team on Telegram. I’ve contacted one of them, he asked me my wallet seed phrases or password. ANd other almost a month not answered or replied. The support group has more than 53K followers. Are they really work for PancakeSwap?

Important Concern Regarding Token Logo Addition
Dear PancakeSwap Team,
We appreciate the work you do in supporting the BNB Chain ecosystem and enabling seamless token trading. However, we want to address a growing concern regarding token logo integration.
Previously, developers could add logos when liquidity was created.
Now, PancakeSwap no longer allows direct token logo additions.
Instead, developers are forced to rely on TrustWallet, which requires a payment to add logos.
This creates an unfair disadvantage for new projects.
Developers provide liquidity and contribute to PancakeSwap’s growth.
Users prefer to trade tokens with verified logos for better trust and security.
The current system limits accessibility and unfairly pushes projects toward a third-party service.
We kindly request PancakeSwap to:
Allow developers to submit logos directly again, or
Provide a clear, free alternative for logo verification.

It’s probably a group augmented with bots, or that these types of scammers buy… Honestly, they don’t even bother to imitate names that could be linked to the official pancakeswap team, and on the other hand, today in the middle of 2025 with all the information and resources available (in addition to the warnings related to the seed phrase) Are there really people who ask for support and give their private phrase? Too bad there are. They also don’t bother to properly verify the supposed support team. It is also the responsibility of users to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

PancakeSwap Chefs will never ask you for your seed phrase or password. That is not an official team member. Please exercise caution and protect your own funds.

You do not need to add your logo via Trust Wallet. Simply apply for a gauge using the template here by creating a new topic, and if approved, your token logo will be whitelisted.
We have communicated this with you via Telegram as well, not too sure why you’re making this post.

Whatever it is… If they really scammer PancakeSwap should inform telegram to ban that accounts and users. Because that group has more than 53K followers. If developers have problem first will choose which one is highest followers. That kind of scammers use company name and logo also show them as a part of support team. It is very risky for users. develeopers and of cours bad influance for PancakeSwap. It seems that PancakeSwap doesn’t care about it. I am never in crypto but same situation I had before for one of ICO selling. One of scammer had same user, (as a support team-official) and same logo of token. The real ones didn’t replied me. ALso I’ve sent 3 emails. Than the scammer contacted me to help getm my tokens, send me link, the fake link didn’t work. ANd then asked me passford of my wallet. Talked nicely. I belived. And he/she took (stole) my money at ICO platform and everything in that my wallet. Even that person has no follower. Second time (pancakeswap support like) when asked seed phrase or password and as an experienced 
user I contacted right away to PancakeSwap. But still many suspicious things. It is very sad! Just trying to show token logo and getting many work, pay, regulations etc. A few days ago just tried to test pump.fun created a mem token, token and logo shows eveen CoinMarketcap… But liquidity created at PancakeSwap, even pancakeswap not get info and logo from Bscscan and push to TrustWallet. I can’t understand! The other subject is made mistake when created liquidity then canceled. No any holder, only at liquidity. And can not remove liquidity to take money from there. The contract reanounced, no owner, no holder (locked and already projeck cancelled) but can not remove liquidity.

I’ve uploaded all information the link forum you recommended before. One of user replied my information and link documents and logo, “That is not subject of that category”.
