Overview

Proposal to enable mdLP/dLP 0.25%% Stableswap gauge on Arbitrum

Background

mdLP is a liquid version of Radiant’s dLP, developed by Radpie. Users have the option to convert their dLP into mdLP through Radpie, enabling them to earn revenue shares from Radiant Capital and RDNT rewards without the need to lock their mdLP on Radpie. mdLP is fungible, and once whitelisted, users will be able to trade mdLP for dLP and vice versa via PancakeSwap on Arbitrum.

Aligned with our goal of building robust liquidity for the mdLP-dLP pair on Arbitrum, Radpie is committed to incentivizing the pair through the Cakepie bribery market. We plan to distribute ~$3,000 worth of $RDP incentives to voters each epoch, aiming to maintain a competitive APR for mdLP-dLP liquidity providers and encouraging long-term participation. As part of the Magpie Ecosystem, Radpie looks forward to leveraging the services provided by PancakeSwap and Cakepie, promoting sustainable growth for all parties involved.

Token Utility: mdLP (Magpie dLP) is minted when dLP is converted through Radpie. Additionally, users can use the ZAP function with RDNT-ETH on Radpie to obtain mdLP. mdLP can then be staked on Radpie, allowing users to earn a share of the platform’s revenue without any required lock-up period.

Volatility: Trading on Arbitrum will go live after the mdLP-dLP pair is set up and the gauge is whitelisted on PancakeSwap, not having been depegged before.

Oracles: No oracles used.

Control: The private keys to the contract are controlled by the following 3/6 multisig (0xf433c2A2D6FACeCDd9Edd7B8cE9cEaaB96F41866), where transactions require validation from 3 out of 6 signers.

Merit: New DAO onboarded (TVL, bribes for voters via Cakepie, trading fees, volume)
