Background

  • Token Utility: yUSD is a synthetic yield bearing stablecoin which provides yield from a basket of yield bearing opportunities underneath itself. With the help of risk and strategy managers, it ensures stable and secured yield across Ethereum and Layer 2 networks.
  • Volatility: yUSD has not previously de-pegged, and yUSD is an ERC4626 token.
  • Oracles: No oracles are used for this pool
  • Control: 0x1fEe685b2d36D030b042EBfBf26C12875776E734 held with the team currently but is being shifting to a 2/4 Multisig in the next few weeks with keys decentralised to community / key industry players.
  • Merit: yUSD recently debuted on Ethereum and Base, positioning itself as a DeFi-first asset. Through its partnership with PancakeSwap and the associated liquidity pool, Yield.Fi is poised for significant future growth. The yUSD/USDC pool will serve as the primary liquidity hub for yUSD on Base. With competitive native yields and the ongoing “Yield Crumbs” points campaign, users are incentivized to engage with yUSD by acquiring it via PancakeSwap or exiting positions seamlessly through secondary liquidity.
