Overview  
Proposal to enable ynBNB/BNB (0.05% fee tier) V3 gauge on BNB Chain

Background  
ynBNB is a Liquid Restaking Token (LRT) developed to optimize yield from Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs) by restaking. With ynBNB, users can maximize their returns by restaking staked BNB tokens, such as slisBNB, across leading restaking protocols like Kernel, Karak, and Binomial. ynBNB, built on vaults, will eventually rebalance to the highest-yielding restaking opportunities, keeping security and flexibility in mind.

With the goal of building robust liquidity for the ynBNB-BNB pair on BNB Chain, Yieldnest commits to incentivizing the pair. Yieldnest plans to distribute incentives to voters who support the pool each epoch, aiming to maintain a competitive APR for ynBNB-BNB liquidity providers and encouraging long-term participation.

4.00x seeds boost multiplier afterward;

Token Utility:  
ynBNB (Yieldnest BNB) is minted when users deposit slisBNB on Yieldnest. ynBNB can be utilized in DeFi, allowing users to participate as liquidity providers. Once the Kernel restaking protocol is launched on Mainnet, ynBNB holders will be able to earn yield by restaking their slisBNB as ynBNB via Yieldnest.
