## Overview - Proposal to enable SolvBTC/BTCB 0.05% V3 gauge on BNB Chain. ## Background - SolvBTC, the one-stop shop for the best bitcoin yields and the key to BTCFi on every chain - To better support the synergies of SolvBTC on BNB Chain, a decent liquidity pool is necessary to be established. ## Details 1. \*\*[Boost Multiplier and Emission Cap %] 1.00x boost multiplier and 0.5% emission cap 2. **Audits** : [GitHub - solv-finance/Audit: Audit reports of SOLV Protocol](https://github.com/solv-finance/Audit) 3. **Token Utility** : SolvBTC is a yield bearing liquid token minted from BTCB on BNB Chain, pegged 1:1 to BTCB 4. **Volatility** : SolvBTC will have its redeem feature activated by June, so users may redeem SolvBTC back to BTCB 1:1 by then. Before that, there could be little deppeging happening since the Solv Point System mechanism which will be introduced in “7. **Merit** ” . 5. **Oracles** : SolvBTC is working with RedStone for its Oracle development and will be released in a week. 6. **Control** : 0xf940230a3357971fe0F22E8C144BC70d9fA91d43 By end of May, it will be upgraded to multisig. 7. **Merit** : How will this proposal benefit PancakeSwap (fees, marketing, users, etc.)? I. Solv Point System will reward: (a) users who mint SolvBTC with 4 point each dollar invested (b) users who deposit BTCB in BNB DEX liquidity vaults with 10 points point each dollar invested(already full at the moment) II. The SolvBTC V3 pool will be single sided and initialized with 100% BTCB, price range 0.94~1 BTCB to SolvBTC III. SolvBTC will redeemable by June, 1:1 back to BTCB Since above: Users who want more Solv Points may sell SolvBTC to BTCB and re-mint SolvBTC; Users may also buy SolvBTC in discount, and redeem them back to BTCB in June to earn up to 6% in BTCB in 2 months; Even without any other incentives, it will drive much organic volume to the pool and we have plans to expand the liquidity vaults to bring millions more TVL to PancakeSwap. 1. **Vault Strategy (for Position Managers only)**: What strategy does the vault use? Based on our internal evaluation, the Kitchen has granted an increase of the emissions cap to 1%
